The 2026 Summer Qur’an Course Football Tournament, organized by the District Muftiyat in Sarıkamış, Kars, concluded with thrilling final matches. The Kazım Karabekir Neighborhood Beşevler Mosque team claimed first place in the tournament held at the Sarıkamış Youth and Sports District Directorate football field.
The event was attended by Sarıkamış District Governor Enis Aslantatar, Mayor Serdar Kılıç, Youth and Sports District Director Bülent Yıldırım, District Mufti Muhammet Divani, Sarıkamış Diyanet Union Representative Oktay Ekinci, local officials, neighborhood heads, religious officials, students, and many citizens. Trophies were presented to the winning teams at the award ceremony.
