The "Kars Living Heritage Festival," held in the Bedesten District of Kars Castle, has commenced with intense participation from the public.
Organized under the coordination of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism with around 50 provinces participating, the opening ceremony attracted great interest. The inaugural program was attended by AK Party Kars MP Adem Çalkın, Kars Governor Ziya Polat, Deputy General Manager of Living Heritage and Cultural Events at the Ministry of Culture and Tourism Dr. Serkan Emir Erkmen, protocol members, and numerous citizens.
