KARS – A 30-year-old man identified as E.Y. was seriously injured after being shot by an unidentified suspect following an argument while sitting in a park in Kars.
The incident took place on Tuesday evening at Masal Park, a popular recreational area in the city center frequently visited by local residents. According to initial reports, an argument broke out between the victim and the suspect, who then opened fire before fleeing the scene.
Emergency medical teams and police officers were dispatched to the park after the shooting was reported. The victim, who suffered multiple gunshot wounds, was given first aid at the scene and transported to a hospital in critical condition.
Police have launched a large-scale operation to locate and apprehend the suspect, who escaped after the attack. An investigation into the incident is ongoing
