Under the administration's 69.1-kilometer Hot Mix Asphalt (HMA) production program, 6.1 kilometers of HMA asphalt work started on the Melikköy road in Arpaçay district, and 2.5 kilometers on the Porsuklu road in Susuz district. Construction machinery and technical teams are working intensively, aiming to complete the projects in a short time.
