The construction of a 4-kilometer concrete road in Kaynarlı village, located in the Selim district of Kars, has been successfully completed by the Provincial Special Administration.
Fatih Tekcan, Secretary General of the Provincial Special Administration, and Adem Çalkın, AK Party Kars Deputy, inspected the newly built road on-site and received briefs from technical teams. Officials emphasized that the project aims to strengthen rural transportation infrastructure and improve accessibility for local residents.
