During a hiking event organized in Kağızman district of Kars to commemorate Republic Day, 48 nature enthusiasts walked from Ortaköy to the historical village of Tunçkaya (Geçivan).
Attended by students, teachers, and nature lovers from the Kağızman district center and surrounding villages, participants spent quality time in nature while exploring the historical and cultural highlights of Tunçkaya up close. Historical buildings and ancient ruins in the village were visited, offering a memorable journey into the past.
Organized by the Kağızman Teachers' House Sports Club, the event strengthened solidarity and friendship among students while offering participants unforgettable moments.
Gratitude was expressed to everyone who contributed to organizing the event and to all participants. It was stated that future nature and cultural events will continue along different routes.
