KARS – Within the scope of the 2026 Technical Support Program of the Serhat Development Agency (SERKA), the project titled "Ideas Turning into Projects: Project Writing and Consultancy Support", carried out by the Kars Provincial Directorate of National Education, has been successfully completed. Practical project development and writing training was provided to teachers working under the directorate.
During the theoretical phase of the training held at the Kars Public Education Center, participants received detailed information on project cycle management, the logical framework approach, application form preparation, activity planning, and budgeting processes. In the practical phase, application procedures for various grant programs—including the National Agency, TÜBİTAK, Development Agencies, ARDSI (TKDK), and the European Union—were demonstrated with real-world examples. The program aims to increase the project development capacity of public personnel and strengthen qualified human resources in the region.
At the end of the training program, certificates were presented to the participating teachers by SERKA Secretary General Nurullah Karaca and Kars Provincial Director of National Education Nevzat Kaya.
