Muhammed Burak Akköz, the District Governor of Arpaçay in Kars whose term of office has come to an end, visited local shopkeepers and citizens to say his goodbyes and ask for their blessings.
Throughout his tenure, Governor Akköz worked in close coordination with public institutions for the development of the district. Before his departure, he visited local businesses one by one, wishing the tradesmen prosperous earnings and chatting warmly with the residents.
"Our Doors Will Always Be Open to You"
Emphasizing that they always strived to provide citizen-oriented service, Akköz expressed his gratitude in his farewell speech:
"During my time in Arpaçay, we formed beautiful friendships with you, our dear citizens. If we have unwittingly caused any offense, please forgive us. Our doors will always be open to you at my new post. I will always remember Arpaçay fondly."
Wishing health, peace, and success to all the people of Arpaçay, Governor Akköz bid farewell to the district. The locals thanked Akköz for his dedicated services and wished him success in his future endeavors during the highly emotional send-off.
