The Kars Special Provincial Administration continues its infrastructure investments uninterruptedly to improve the quality of life in rural areas. Within this scope, the drinking water drilling operations carried out in Ağadeve Village, located in the central district, have been successfully completed. Water with a flow rate of 4.5 liters per second was reached in a borehole drilled at a depth of approximately 200 meters and was put into service for the village residents.
The work, which provides a permanent solution to the drinking water problem that the village had needed for many years, was welcomed with satisfaction by the citizens. While the newly obtained water source aims to significantly meet the drinking and utility water needs of Ağadeve Village, it is expected to prevent water shortages that may occur especially during the summer months.
In a statement made by the Kars Special Provincial Administration, it was stated that efforts are being carried out determinedly to raise the living standards of citizens living in rural areas:
"We continue to strengthen the infrastructure of our villages with the understanding that 'every drop is labor, every drop is service.' With the drilling work completed in Ağadeve Village, water with a flow rate of 4.5 liters per second was reached at a depth of 200 meters and offered to our citizens. Our investments will continue so that our villages achieve a more comfortable, healthy, and safe standard of living."
